Our Client is a consulting firm which provides market intelligence backed by data-driven strategies. They help clients to adapt and translate data into personalized, actionable insights via implementing solutions to guarantee results. Our Client is in Forbes 2021 list of Best Management Consulting Firms.
You will be working closely with a European team located working closely with a US team to recognize gaps in processes as well as identifying areas of improvement, providing solutions and supporting documentation on a high priority Healthcare intelligence project. You will be working in the European time zone.
Salary for this position is $30 - $35 USD per hour
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Create actionable insights from Payer/ Provider contract terms for better communication with technical teams
- Leverage data to inform decisions more efficiently and effectively
- Improve problem-solving skills by synthesizing complex data/information into relevant recommendations
- Enhance customer engagement with clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Collaborate in consulting, diagnostics and strategic projects.
To be a good fit for the Business Analyst role, you will have:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience is required
- Strong experience in Payer/Provider projects and the different solutions in the domain
- Good understanding of various Healthcare related data – Claims, contracts, policies, member, benefits etc.
- Good knowledge of various analytics solutions in Payer / Provider domains. Payment integrity solutions for Payers and proactive denial management for Providers along with implementation experience of these solutions to customers.
- Experience working with Data and Reports in PowerBI (open to experience with other tools such as Tableau).
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
Nice to have:
- Understanding of health payer regulations such as HIPAA
- Ability to think strategically, demonstrate ROI awareness, and is detail oriented
Keys To Success:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
