We are looking for a Front Office Officer based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Front Office Officer, we rely on you to:
Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally

Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently

Perform cashiering functions efficiently

We are looking for someone who has:
Higher Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience gained in sizable hotels, preferably in Front Office Operation
Self-motivated and well-organized
Able to work independently and under pressure
Customer-oriented, good communications skills and outgoing personality is an advantage
Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
