About the jobOne of Dubai’s leading Real Estate Firm is looking for a Real Estate Agent, in a commission-only role to carry out various real estate duties in Dubai and to establish a strong network of connections within the industry. Responsibilities will include soliciting clients for renting, buying, and selling homes and properties, as well as negotiating and arranging real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
:• Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques
- Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
- Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases• Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
- Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc)• Coordinate property auctions or exchanges
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale• Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholdersAbout You:• Can be either based in Dubai, or looking to relocate
- at least 1 year's Dubai real estate experience preferred– a successful sales record will be advantageous• RERA license will be a plus
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Responsible and ethical
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Ability to work independently and able to supervise a team of agents
- Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills
- Knowledgeable about the property market and best practices is a plus
- Can speak both Russian and English

Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month
