The Role:

- Understands corporate, division and field operations goals and develops account strategies to achieve set sales objectives with support from supervisor.
- Drive effective pricing strategy through contract and price negotiation processes. Focuses on enlarging and developing market share in accordance with total margin strategy.
- Establishes customer intimacy to ensure Entegris is on track to develop long-term business model.
- Develops and maintains senior level industry contacts, digest different massage to valuable information and lead project to suitable direction.
- Perform good communication and negotiation with cross functional teams, ambition in mind to be a success factor to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
In this role you will:

- Achieve AMH Division Annual Operating Plan Objectives.
- Trains new personnel to as established procedure. Extend own lesson learned, experience and relationship to newcomer, support organization to be powerful in China.
- Besides OEM market, manage a part of engineering company business to contribute more opportunities and strategy for both of field.
- Work frequently with product manager to secure and grow Entegris market share in speedy environment changes.
- Combine OEM and EE company market information to come out a trend, bring new product strategy to win key customer evaluation opportunity.
- Establish customer intimacy and executive high-level relationships
- Defend margins and be responsible for protecting Entegris assets.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
What are the Position Specific Competencies? Define the skills/competencies necessary to do the job. These should tie directly back to the purpose and outcome.
- BS degree with 4+ years’ experience in WW SEMI Fabs or OEM tools vender or other SEMI supplier market of sales or application position
- Strong problem solving and sales skills; knowledge of China SEMI OEM and Engineering markets.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
Working Environment/Physical Activities:
Environment: Located in Shanghai
Significant travel locally is required to conduct the selling and internal operation.
