As the Product Coordinator, you will be responsible together with the Team Coordinator and the IT department for the News Tracker Tool and for further implementation within other departments of the existing Content Management System (CMS) in collaboration with the IT department and the manager of the department. The team consists of four people. Every team member works in close cooperation with one another and with internal and external country specialists and editors.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the seamless implementation, expansion, and maintenance of the existing News Tracker system, working closely with our IT department to drive further development;
- Lead the CMS implementation across various departments, ensuring smooth integration, in collaboration with our IT team and department manager;
- Provide crucial desk editorial support, including linguistic expertise, to the TNS chief editor and country specialists;
- Skillfully convert and structure complex data to ensure accuracy and consistency;
- Safeguard the planning of document and data flows, ensuring efficient and organized workflows;
- Ensure timely and precise updates for assigned products, keeping our clients informed about the latest developments;
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional and intellectual acumen;
- Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in a business environment;
- Fluency in English is mandatory, given the international nature of the team and clients;
- A firm grasp of IT-related techniques, empowering you to address challenges with confidence;
- Previous experience with legal-related publications is highly desirable, providing a solid foundation for this role.
- Demonstrated affinity with HTML (familiarity with XPath is advantageous);
- Familiarity with CMS systems (affinity with XML is an advantage but training will be given);
- Possess an analytical and accurate attitude; excellent prioritization skills; excellent editorial skills;
- Proven ability to work independently, a quality-driven approach, taking pride in delivering exceptional results;
- A strong team player, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
