Responsible for Lens Care business & Specialty Contact Lens brand marketing with cross functional communication to develop marketing plan and closely monitor project execution.

Perform to set up pricing, positioning, targeting and segmentation in core products to take the market.

Build up the languages to communicate with consumers in core products.

Perform to do analysis on consumers, market, category trends, competition and campaigns, to track to understand opportunities and potential.

Closely work with sales & trade marketing team to develop promotion program and solid plan implementation.

To lead B+L digital platform including EC & LINE projects with CDP (Consumer Database Platform) know-how.

To develop local communication materials under TFDA regulation and communicate with related internal & external functions to ensure smooth approval process.

Closely work with agency to develop ATL & BTL communication campaign to build brand awareness and drive consumers' purchase intentions.
